What is the Board of Directors?

The Bear Brand at Laguna Niguel Community Association is the Master Association, of which Bear Brand Ridge (Cost Center) falls under. It is a corporation and therefore a governing body is required to oversee its business. The Board of Directors are elected by the 10 Delegate Districts as specified in the Bylaws. The limitation and restrictions of the powers of the Board of Directors is outlined in the Association's governing documents.

Please always remember that the board members are volunteers and do their best to ensure our community is being well taken care of and maintained. Management cannot disclose their personal information such as address, telephone numbers or their email addresses. The law prohibits Board members from discussing Association business outside of a board meeting, even with each other, unless it is a life or property threatening emergency.

Should you have a concern that you would like to bring to the attention of the Board of Directors, simply email or write a letter to the Community Association Manager and she will make sure your correspondence is given to the Board.
