Overnight Street Parking Reminder
The Board of Directors takes this opportunity to remind all Ridge Homeowners and Residents that there is no parking permitted on the streets between the hours of 2:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. every day. Homeowners and Residents are reminded to park off the streets and park in the garages, or on driveways. Vehicles found parked on the streets between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. will be towed without further notice to the vehicle owner(s).
INFORMATION UPDATE
Bear Brand Ridge uses the services of Boyd & Associates to provide patrol services and to provide the guard at the Pacific Crest entry. The phone number to the guard shack is 949-443-1280.
Boyd & Associates Patrol Service is also responsible for the parking and towing enforcement for vehicles parked in violation of the parking regulations. There is NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING PERMITTED FROM 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Boyd & Associates is located in Santa Ana and may be contacted at 800-381-2693 or 714-835-5423.
GATE REMOTES: Gate remote openers may be purchased from the gate service company, Royal Access. Homeowners contact Royal Access directly. Royal Access supplies gate remotes by mail, but if a resident needs a transmitter immediately, they can pick one up at the Mission Viejo office. To order call 949-716-1808 and press option "3". Royal Access accepts MC and VISA. Cost for gate remotes is $28.00 each plus $5.00 shipping.
